Subject to these terms and any applicable subscription, Nexar Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the products. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or use the products to build a competing offering, and you must comply with all applicable laws and any documentation provided.
Some Nexar Group products are offered as paid subscriptions or time-limited trials. Pricing, billing cycles and trial duration are described on the relevant product page or order form. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. To request a demo, trial or invoice, please contact Nexar Group.
Nexar Group and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in the products, including all software, content, trademarks and brand assets. You retain ownership of any data you provide; you grant Nexar Group the rights necessary to operate, secure and improve the products on your behalf.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using reasonable care. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Nexar Group products are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexar Group disclaims implied warranties and limits aggregate liability to the fees paid for the relevant product in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable period. On termination, your right to use the products ends and any outstanding fees become due.
