These terms govern your use of the Nexar website and Nexar products, including Nexar Docs, Nexar Plan, Nexar Core and any related services. Nexar is the product line of AHA Associates Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 14887702, whose registered office is 12 Saxon Road, Walton-on-Thames, England, KT12 3HD. By accessing or using these products you agree to these terms.
These terms cover individual accounts and self-service use. Organisations licensing seats for a team sign the Nexar Software Subscription Agreement, which covers licensing, support, data protection and liability in full and takes precedence over these terms where the two conflict. Subject to these terms and your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the products. You may not reverse engineer, resell or sublicense them, circumvent licensing or update mechanisms, or use them to build a competing offering, and you must comply with all applicable laws.
Nexar uses floating licensing. Your organisation receives one licence key, entered on every machine, permitting a fixed number of concurrent users. A seat is checked out when Revit starts and released when it closes. Seats can be added at any time from your dashboard.
Verified current students and educators may receive a named, non-transferable Education licence for 12 months from issue. It is limited to one concurrent seat, may be installed on different machines but used on only one machine at a time, and is strictly for education and non-commercial use. Applicants must use an institution-issued email, provide current truthful evidence and download through Autodesk Marketplace. We may re-verify, reject, suspend or revoke a licence where eligibility ends or these terms are breached.
Pricing is agreed directly with our team and confirmed in writing before your subscription starts; contact us for a quote. All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude UK VAT, which is applied at the prevailing rate. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, and can be managed from the Stripe billing portal in your dashboard. A 14-day trial is available.
AHA Associates Limited and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in the products, including software, documentation, trademarks and brand assets. You retain ownership of your own data and of the outputs the products generate from it.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using reasonable care. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit aggregate liability to the fees paid for the relevant product in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The products are not a substitute for professional engineering or design judgement, and you remain responsible for checking their output.
Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not remedied within 30 days of written notice. On termination your right to use the products ends, the licence key is deactivated, and any outstanding fees become due.
